Whaddya expect?!?

It's a FORD, after all. :P

After unhitching the trailer, Jeff used his tractor to pull the van out of it's ruts.
You see how the lettering on the tire looks kind of... fuzzy?? Yes, you're right. It got stuck again. :D

Jeff taking the trailer up the hill.

Elena, Patrick and Daniel watching as the poor, pathetic-in-mud-and-snow FORD gets pulled out of it's second set of ruts.

And, over the first set.
And, continuing up the hill.

Like the Pied Piper, the tractor and van attracted the children.

And, that was the excitement for this morning. It was actually pretty hilarious. :D I know my dad was stressed out about it, (stupid FORD van that doesn't really belong to him... honest...) but it was some great comedy relief. :)

And now, we are in the process of cleaning up camp. That's all she wrote for camping this year, folks! See you next spring.

  1. It only got stuck because its Mommy wasn't there. I am the only one who knows how to drive that thing.

All you had to do was put a bunch of kids in the back of the van, for weight. :)

Anyway, thanks for getting it out. See you next spring, for camping (and before that, just because)!

  2. Kids wouldn't have fit. It was loaded with the breakfast nook, BBQ, all the chairs/lounges, etc. etc. I think there was enough weight. ;)
